Unhappy Attach Item problem

When attempting to Attach Item in email, I get the Insert Item dialogue box and open a contact file. only a few contacts show up to choose from, but in reality I have hundreds of contacts. This does not allow me to choose the contact I am looking for to attach to an email. Can someone please explain how to fix this or why only a few contacts show up to choose from when attempting to Attach Item (contact info or Business Card to email? Thank you!



Same thing when I try to attach Business Cards only a few are only available.
