I have recently had to reinstall my office programs, since doing that I cannot add my gmail to my account, yet it has worked in the past with no problems. I have been in gmail settings to make sure that I have put in the correct details,which I believe I have as shown in gmail, I have tried using IMAP & POP3 with no results, other email account works fine in outlook. Could any-one please tell what the problem is
