Default can't read mail in outlook 2003 web access

when we enter into outlook web access through remote web workplace, we can
get in, see the in-box - but no "fly-out" windows work - for instance, if you
click for a view pane, no options appear. Or you want to create new mail,

click on "new" - no new window comes up. Same when you try to open mail.
Double-click the entry - no new window pops up for you to READ it. I have
checked, pop-up blockers, site security settings - what am I missing?

Default solving method

There is a way to do it.

You may add your blocker settings by access to Pop-up Blocker-Pop-up Blocker Settings. Under Exceptions, add the respective URL which you have difficulty to view it.

This might help your browser to able to view the pop-up menu.

Do try and see.
