Default When I try to follow a link in 2013 Outlook email I'm a strange response/error.

When I click on any link in my 2013 Outlook email I'm getting a a strange response. It reads under the title "Microsoft Outlook" "Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk". There is no organization!

Does anyone recognize this and can someone please help me correct it?

My OS is Windows 8.1 Pro.
