You can restrict Outlook searches. For example:
From:Ahmed To:Arnold@xyz.com Subject:Test Size:>5 GB Received:Yesterday HasAttachment:True Attachments:.pdf About:goofy Note there is no space after the colon. Search terms can be combined. For example... From:abcd@efgh.ca Received:Today ...finds all messages from "abcd@efgh.ca" received today. "About" finds text in the Subject, the body of the message, and the name of the attachment.
