Default Email created from OFT stuck in outbox

I have created several OFT files and they work perfectly on the PC where they were created.

When I place these OFT files on a shared drive other users can open them without any problems but when they Send them they sit in the outbox and are never sent. One additional detail is that if the user opens the file in the outbox and manually selects an account the message sends immediately.

I need this configuration - with the OFT files in a shared folder - because they are called by multiple users from an Access database so need to be available to all users and to that Access application.

Again just to clarify - when I open the OFT files manually or from the Access application on the PC where I created them they work flawlessly, When another user opens them manually or from the Access application they open perfectly but after Send they sit in the outbox forever,

Using Windows XP and Outlook 2003 without Exchange.

Any ideas or direction will be greatly appreciated.
