Outlook 2013 mail and Microsoft Exchange online Cache problem
I have a computer using Outlook 2013 and Microsoft Mail Exchange Online for 1 account and it all so gets mail from a seprate gmail account on the same Computer.
Someone tried to place some separate rules in place that did not work very well by sorting the email coming in. Since that, I deleted all those rules and there are zero rules showing, but the problem I'm left with is that under my domain mail my INBOX never updates or syncs even though my gmail folder inbox does work fine. The only way I can get the Domain mail to update and sync is to DISABLE the Cached feature under the account setting , then it works but why does it no longer work with it Cached ? |
