Default Mailsound and desktop notifications no longer works

Goog morning,

I used Outlook 2016 and Windows 10 Prof. version 1709.
As already described above, there is no sound and no desktop notification at the inbox.
In the Options - Mail - Message Inbox the corresponding options are marked (see attachment).
Does anyone have an idea whre the problem is? Is there possibly a registry entry that I can set or maybe I have adjusted in the OS something privacy etc ...?
What I noticed: In the OS in the Properties - System - Notifications and actions - is no Outlook and no mail to find what I could possibly adjust ...
