Default Outlook How to have separate contact folders for each email address.

I have business Exchange contacts that I want to separate from my personal gmail contacts. Also, hoping to have them sync to iPhone separately.



Could use a hand.

I see that my About Me details were incorrect. I have Windows 10 and Outlook 2016.
