Default Timestamp for notes in contacts?

Hello,

We are using Outlook 2k3 all patches and SPs on Exchange 2k3 all patches and
SPs. We'd like to get rid of Goldmine but one of the big features we using
in Goldmine is the automatic time stamps for all notes. E.g. I enter
received call from John Doe in John Does notes (in goldmine) it
automatically creates the note with a time stamp - so notes are more like a
database so we can do a search for all notes between a certain date. Not
sure if Business contact is required for this or if business contact even
does this. Do we need an add on product such as Business Contact and if we

do, would those notes be viewable using OWA?

Thanks
