I had issues with connector updating, from another site saw that there was an issue with the link, so downloaded and installed, then had a problem with the folders. Was told to go to docs & settings/local/micro/outlook... and remove all .ost files and reinstall. I did so but still have the same problem, it will retrieve my emails the first time but then gives an error regarding folder name and will not retrieve emails. Are there some additional files or registry entries I need to delete/modify?
