Angry WiN 8RT+ OUTLOOK requires the patience of a Saint

which I do not possess.

My Hotmail has been forwarded to Gmail for years so I am floored by the glitchy, agonizingly slow Outlook interface I just experienced. The unreadability of the 'new' format on this 11 inch tablet, the crashing and total failure of this app's productivity. Sending and receiving emails is about the easiest, oldest provision of the web that I can remember. (Here comes the rant) USING EMAIL SHOULD NEVER BE THIS UGLY, LABORIOUS FRUSTRATION CALLED OUTLOOK. Is there a place to pound the door for keeping at least webmail?

I have had my Hotmail address since just after AOL in 1996. Trying to search for old e-mails has taken nearly all night. I'm not even sure how far I can go back anymore.

If you happened to have read this far, how long can a person go back in the message archives?

I don't think there is any help for those of us stuck with WIN RT. What a awful waste of $$ this Surface has been.

Thx for listening.
