How can I insert images into an Outlook 2016 Office 365 Auto reply message?

Create a template of email with your image than create a rule using "Reply using a specific template”

I try that and the image doesn't show when i get the reply. Also it doesn't send one every time. That doesn't work for me. Honestly I'm not certain there's a way.
