Date stamp in Contact Notes Field

I am using Windows 10 and Outlook 2013. I have noticed that the Notes field of some contacts is automatically filled with a date stamp. How can I prevent this.

I had posted this in 2017 without a solotion. It is now 2019 and Im using outlook 2016 and this timestamp being added to the contact notes field is a source of serious frustration. Please HELP to disable this

Hi!

I don't think there is any option in Outlook able to do that. As I wrote in 2017, it probably comes from a Macro or a script. Have you typed yourself manually the contact info at the beginning or were they imported from somewhere or shared by someone?
