G'day to all.

Up until yesterday, I was able to open a fax received in Outlook2K3. Now
when I try to view OR save the TIFF attachment, I get the following error
message:

"Can't create the file FAX.TIFF. Right Click the folder you want to create
the file in ..."

I guess my first question would be Why is this now happening. Nothing has
changed on the PC.

My Second question would be: What folder is Outlook talking about. I've
checked the Temporary Internet Folder, the user TEMP dir, Windows Temp dir
etc.

Does anyone know how to fix this. I've got about 80 faxes sitting there that


I cannot access and I need to.
