Hi, my first post here so please be gentle with me. I have a fairly specific problem.
I'm using Outlook 2016 on Windows 10. I have set my default line spacing to be "at least" 12 pt. Because my default font is Arial 10 pt, this means descenders don't get cut off when displayed on the screen. This works fine for new messages I compose. However, whenever I reply to or forward a message, the line spacing setting for that message reverts to "single" and descenders display as cut off on my screen. I have to go into the "paragraph" settings and change the line spacing for each message I reply/forward, to avoid display problems with descenders. I've looked hard and cannot find a way to set line spacing for replies and forwards. Can anyone assist? |
