Default "The user does not accept email...character sets."

3rd floor,

The error message "The user does not accept email in non-Western (non-Latin) character sets." may be the result of anti-spam programs godaddy.com put into place that appears to negatively affect messages sent from Outlook versions older than v2003.

I use Outlook v2002 SP3 and was having the same problem. I fixed the problem by going to Tools > Options > Mail Format tab > International Options button > and check "Use English..." in both places and uncheck "Auto-Select..."

Follow up messages seemed to go through just fine.

Regards,

Phil
