Default How do I remove a spamblocker addin error on Outlook startup

I once had a spamblaster program installed to protect Outlook. After
uninstalling the program I get an error every time I start Outlook saying

that a program "c:\program~1\spambl~1\bin\461~1\sbolext.dll" could not be
loaded or founde. Since it is removed and not present, how do I get Outlook
to stop trying to load the program?
