Conditional formating

How to set up Office Outlook so that every meeting with my boss get red and lunch appointment gets yellow etc.

It was possible earlier but now I cannot find the way to set it up.

Go to the View tab and click View Settings button.
Click the Conditional Formatting button and then set up your formats as needed.
