Default Reply Shows A List Of Emails & Appointments

Apologies if this is a repeat. Hitting "Reply" in an Outlook 2016 email yields a weird view. Is a list of tabs on the list entitled: All, Mail, Attachments & Meetings. On the right side where the body of the email would normally be is a list of Mail, Attachments & Meetings affiliated with that individual. Any ideas how to return my email settings where hitting "Reply" brings up a typical email with my signature where I can type into the body? Any help is much appreciated!

I figured out the answer to the problem. I had to expand the reply email and make it fill up the whole screen and I could see the traditional email body, signature, etc. up top and close the bottom bit.
