Default Can I prevent certain users from seeing email address of certain users in the recipient/sender field

Hi
We have 40 users (exchange online) who use outlook to email each other. Is there any way to prevent certain group of users from seeing email addresses of certain contacts in the sender and recipient field

BCC hides everything including names and email addresses in the field so that doesn't meet our needs.
We need to have names of the recipients and senders appear to everyone, however, the email addresses should be not visible to anyone.
Only names should be visible but email addresses hidden.
Is there any solution for that?

Can it show only names like the below?

Can we hide email addresses on this window?
