Outlook2007 backup from server in office

I need to backup email in outlook2007 in office.
The mail is on the server.

The problem is: After I backup the inbox, the attached files seems cannot be backup.

I met this problem once, last time solved by some setting of vault or... But forgot the details.

May you give any suggestion, thanks.
