"Contacting:"
Using Outlook 2013 ...
Spam is always a problem, but I simply delete it before reading it. Sometimes when deleting it, Outlook seems to freeze and a message box with "Contacting:" and then a long URL appears for as long as several minutes. Eventually, the message disappears and Outlook is functional again ... see attached screenshot. I've gone into options and marked them to not allow Tracking. Is this thing tracking my email address without my permission? I've tried doing the three finger salute and closing Outlook when this occurs, but it does nothing to stop this irratating and frustrating behavior. Any ideas?
