Template Changing Sent From In Shared Account

I recently made an excel file with a hyperlink to a template that I saved on a shared drive at my work. I created a shared account right after that so multiple people could access and send that template from a "purchasing@x.com" email. I saved the template on the shared drive*as being sent from the "purchasing" shared email, not my default email, but when I tried to access the template from another computer, it populated saying it was sending from that computer's*default email, not the purchasing email. The shared email is not the default email on either computer and these are the only two accounts on both Outlooks. After I tried opening up the template on her computer and changing the "sent" from her default email to the purchasing shared account, then saving that over the template on the shared drive,*the excel hyperlink opened up with being sent from the purchasing shared account, but then when I went on my computer and hit the link it changed back to sending from my default email. Overall, I want anyone to be able to hit the hyperlink in excel and send the*template from the shared account, but*which email the template is being sent from keeps changing. Is it possible? By the way, this is a shared account, not a shared folder and I'm using Outlook 2013.*
