Default where are settings for backup?

I'm running Outlook 2003. I know that I had to download something to get Outlook to automatically backup my files. I also remember that I had it set for every 3 days (so, if my memory is accurate, this is settable), but now I would like to change that setting and I can't find where to reset this value.

Can someone point me to the location of this parameter?
