Our team uses Outlook 2013, we have our own personal email as well as some shared mailboxes. Some people like using the reading pane and others do not. We have run into an issue with the shared mailbox and the reading pane setting. It seems that the reading pane setting cannot be set at the individual level, and if one user turns on the reading pane view for the shared mailbox, it turns it on for all users who also access that mailbox. This turns into a war of users turning it on and on throughout the day. Is there a way that individuals can set the reading pane view option without affecting other users?
