Default Using Shared Mailbox

Hi

We are a a team of 5 members all using a shared mailbox.
this mail box is for support activities.
so any mail sent to this mail box can read by everyone in the team.

we are facing a problem with the way outlook marks messages as read. if any mail comes to this mail box. if one person reads it it marks the mail as read for everyone. so the other person thinks that its a old mail and sometimes forgets to read it.
is there setting in outlook which lets you mark a mail as read only for you but it should that mail as unread for other people till they mark it as read. so if in the morning i get 10 mails and i read 5 of them it show 5 read and 5 unread mails for me but when my team member logs in he should still see 10 unread mail for him.

regards
Hari
