Default Finding a folder in the Inbox list from a proprietary list

Hi,

I have created a sub routine to find folders that have a specific search text in their names. I have many folders and struggle to find the one I want. This all works from a button in outlook.

However, it would be soo much better if I could then double-click on the row in the list my sub routine creates (its a list box on a "form") and Outlook then jumps to that folder ready for me to check out what emails there are in it. Of course, if it could then create another list box with the emails from this folder in it, and I could then double click a row that interests me, and it displays the email. Well, that would be even better.

Anyone know how I would do that? many thanks
