Default All email goes to junk email folder

My wife changed something in Outlook 2007 and now every email goes to the junk mail folder. She does not know what she changed.

We reinstalled Office 2007 but we still have the problem.

How can we restore the defaults and so fix the problem? Or any other way to fix the problem?

Hi!

Change the level of junk email protection :

In Mail, on the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options. On the Options tab, select the level of protection that you want.

Bye!
