I have recently installed Office 2016 volume licensing version and am using Exchange 2010. I have noticed that I am missing Store button that is supposed to be available on Ribbon in Home tab. See the screenshot.



When I go under File -> Options -> Customize Ribbon -> Store is grayed out ... see the screenshot



I did a few searches and got conflicting information. Someone mentioned that this should be available, whereas others mentioned that Store icon is only available with Office 365 and not the retail/volume licensing version.

I wonder if anyone with knowledge can comment on this and if you know how to make the Store icon available.
