Default On Thursday I had all of my quickparts in Outlook 2013 on Friday they were gone

I am using outlook 2013 connected to an office 365 exchange server via GoDaddy

On Thursday in the Outlook 2013App (which I access from my desktop I had access to my quickparts. On Friday AM when I went to use them they were gone.

Go daddy says go to MS
MS Tech support was unable to help.

Any users that have had and solved this challenge?

Windows 8.1
Dell Inspiron 14 500 series

Thank you

John
