Default Sharing the data

I have outlook 2007 on my notebook. I want to be able to sync with my cell phone - which has the symbian OS, my Ipaq, which has the pocket outlook on it, as well as yahoo, phplist and other programs that require files to be in a csv format. Each of these other programs requires a slightly different order of fields or field names, and cannot be synced but require an "export from outlook, then an import to the new program" action. Is there some way to write a macro in Outlook, or have a configuration set up for each requirement?
