Importing a .ics file to Outlook
Hi, I'm using Outlook 2003 v.11. I use the British Airways website to book flights and the site has an "Add to Calendar" option.
I download the .ics file which contains the booking details and open it then save it to Outlook. The problem is that the only entry that goes into my calendar is one for the outbound flight in the booking. What I want is for the outbound and the return flight to go into the calendar as separate entries. By comparison, if I add the .ics file to my Google Calendar, it imports separate entries for the two flights (in fact, it adds four entries because it puts ones in for 24 hours before each flight as a prompt that online check-in is open). I can't figure out why Outlook only shows one entry - can anyone advise? Thanks. |
