Default Seeking rule/code to send emails which have been moved by rules to be autoforwarded

Over a long period, I have collected various subscriptions to email newsletters. Each has been forwarded by an Outlook rule to its own subfolder within a folder called "News".

Now I want to automatically forward any email in any folder within "News" to an email address. I do not want to amend each of the existing Rules.

It seems to me that Outlook does not support messages being subject to 2 rules in this way.

Grateful for any ideas for a solution, including VBA.

Thanks.
