Hi Team,
I am the Exchange admin for this domain and the domain has remote mailboxes created in On-premises and mailboxes are reciding in Office365. Now, not each and every user is facing this issue, but there are users who are facing this issue where their Outlook 2010/2013. The issue is their Inbox keep saying Inbox syncing to 3.99GB and sometimes with Sent Items as well. I have surfed alot for this and got 2 solutions one is to keep it Online mode or add a Syncronization Filter to the affected folders. Adding Filter was tried but for no use, and Online mode resolves the issue but there is Network issues intermittent in client network and hence we cannot proceed with Online mode, requesting for a solution on the same. In addition to the issue, if we do a test mail from the user itself, the mail instantly doesn't appear on Inbox but will appear after we close and re-open Outlook in some cases.
