![]() In Outlook 2016 I often want to set paragraph spacing such that "spacing before" is 3 pt. Despite quite a bit of searching I can't seem to find VBA/macro that will do this (or that is close enough for me to successfully modify it). Any help would be greatly appreciated! Paul |

Do you need a macro for this? The Outlook e-mail editor uses a subset of Word and as such uses paragraph styles - see the Format Tab. Create or modify a style to give you the spacing that you want. Do however note that the recipient may not see it the same way - especially if the recipient uses a different e-mail application.

Thank you - you might be correct that all I need is to change the "style" of the text. If I were to do it that way, is there a way to add a command to the Quick Access Toolbar that applies a specific style to the selected text? So far I've found commands that open menus/boxes in which I can select a style. Ideally the QAT button would simply apply a specific style immediately upon being clicked. Possible?

Why re-invent the wheel when Outlook has a style selector on the Format Text tab of the ribbon?

I'm just trying to have a simple keystroke solution. I do it so often...
