I have 11 Outlook 2007 Address Book folders. All were properly displayed in the Address Book Contacts. I tried to change the sort order to Last Name first and now all 11 address Books display empty but all addresses are visible in the Contact list in the Navigation panel. When I view individual Address Book Active Properties the “Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book” check box is checked but the “Apply” button is grayed out. How can I get my Address Books to display again?
