Default Outlook 2007 Keeps Crashing

Hello everyone:
I have been battling this issue for a week and have tried every tip I could find on forums, etc.
A week ago Outlook 2007 started crashing on startup. After many many attempts, Outlook is still crashing but it crashes when I click on any folder: Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, etc..
Here are the things I have tried so far:
1. Tried starting Outlook in Safe mode after a crash. Either will not start (i.e. crashes right after splash screen, or crashes when clicking on a folder in outlook).
2. Disabled all addins.
3. Tried starting with these Command Line Switches
/cleanprofile
/cleanviews
/cleanreminders
/cleanrules
/cleansharing
/resettodobar
/resetnavpane
/cleanroamedprefs
/safe

4. Uninstalled and Reinstalled MS Office Enterprise 2007. Still Crashing.
5. Created a new outlook profile wihtout a mail account. Result: works until I attach the .pst file which has problems.
6. Mannually copied emails from out pst file to new pst file in new profile. Problem still exists.
7. Ran Scanpst several times. Finds erros each time and repairs errors. Then outlook fails on startup as before, or starts up then fails when clicking on Inbox (or subfolders), Calendar, or tasks.
8. Thinking that this could’ve been caused by a syncing problem between ACT Contact Manager and Outlook, I disabled the ACT calendar sync Add-In and then did an Advanced Find for all recurring events and deleted them from the calendar. Still crashing.
9. Created new windows profile. Worked for an hour or so, then outlook started crashing again when accessing folders.
10. Disabled Business Contact Manager for Outlook (Microsoft support page registry edit instructions.)
11. Renaming the following files and allowing outlook to recreate them: Extend.dat., Frmcache.dat, Outcmd.dat, Olk*.qat.
12. Renaming the following registry to “12.0-new” causing outlook to recreate it HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0 Still crashed, so renamed back to original.
13. Ran office diagnostics. Did not fix the problem, still crashes.
14. Exported all data from the PST file to a new PST file and tried opening that new PST file. Export was successful, but outlook still crashes when I click on any folders.
15. Tried repairing the pst file with “kernel For Outlook”, a 3rd party PST file recovery tool. The program successfully scans the PST and can preview all items within the program, but during the “Save As new PST file” process, it crashes.
I’m thinking this PST file is toast. But I REALLY need the information in it.

Can anyone help?
