Outlook Invite, update without sending notification
Hi All, Sometimes I send invites to large group. Sometimes I need to update people, room location or text within the invite. I don't want any updates to go out. How to do this? Details People at work just look at the agenda and location minutes before the meeting. They don't want to get updates everytime there is a minor change. such as an extra attached file, or location change. I know there is a function to "send updates to added/removed participants only". This is not enough for my problem |
