Can't see full text of From and Subject line in Outlook 2013

My Outlook 2013's reading pane doesn't shows complete text height in "From" and "Subject line". I can only see the upper half of text in From and Subject line area. It looks strange.

I tried several things including text adjustment in View Settings, but it just doesn't work. I feel so annoyed scrolling down the line just to see the whole text height every time I read an email.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Please help...
