Default Sending Emails from Access requires operator input each time

In our Access database we have the facility to send emails to a selected group of donors. When we try to use this we are now getting the message -
'A programme is trying to send an email message on your behalf....' and the operator has to click on 'Allow' for every individual email. This is the first time we have experienced this. Can someone tell me what has caused this and, more importantly, can you tell me how we can automatically allow Access to send these emails through MS Outlook as previously was the case?

I have just spent most of the morning on the phone and Web Chat with Microsoft but got no solution!
Surely there's a simply answer somewhere within an integrated package like MS Office Professional?

Just want to restore my question to the top of the pile as I am still struggling to find the solution to the problem.
By way of clarification, I have been directed to the following Microsoft help page - https://support.office.com/en-us/art...ID=HA010355062
Unfortunately when I follow this through and get to the Programmatic Access page the options are greyed-out, although it appears to be set at 'Warn me about suspicious activity when my antivirus software is inactive or out-of-date' neither of which is the case. My antivirus status is showing as Valid. I use Kaspersky Internet Security.
I uninstalled my Internet Security and relied on MS Defender for a period to see if there had been a problem caused by a Kaspersky update. But nothing changed so I have reinstalled Kaspersky.
I have uninstalled a few Outlook updates that occurred over the last 6 months (since the procedure worked before). But again there has been no resolution.
So where do we go from here? My conclusion is that some Microsoft update has done something. But which one? And where do I go to undo it?

Default Further suggestion

I have received the following comment - "Wonder if there was an update that brought about a security change. The security change to enable a Trusted application to communicate with Outlook would be a good one to look at". But when I look at the Trust Center settings for Trusted Publishers there is only one entry (Intel Wireless Display). Can I add MS Access to this list in some way? But I can't see any way to do this!! Can someone guide me and maybe comment whether this might solve my problem?
