Cursors moves to the top while typing

Hello everyone,



While composing a draft email, the cursor just jumps to the top of the message body.

It seems that it is the auto save problem according to some posts (plus goggling) and just need to turn off.


I don't suppose turning off autosave is the solution as we may loose draft due to some mishap like power failure.



Have tried to upgrade office from 2010 to 2013 but problem is still there.


The office version is 2013 Standard 32 Bit
The Windows version is Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.
