Hi,

Im a new user with Outlook 2007. Id like to know how i can add more than the default 4 telephone numbers that outlook gives you when you open to create a new contact.

Is there a way we can create our own preset structure for contacts. Eg. With a facility to take 6 tel nos. Most of my contacts have at least 4 board nos at the office and then 1 mobile and 1 home or even 2 nos at home. Im unable to imagine dropping out all the numbers just to fit them into Outlook.

Can this be done ?
