How do I add a CC field to an email when using the Edit hyperlink feature?

You can't using that dialog, but you can send to two or more recipients by separating their addresses with a semi-colon.

The Format is Subject Message&cc=e-mail address;&bcc=e-mail address;&body=Text of the message
