How do I set up a custom rule in Outlook 2002

I'm using Outlook 2002 and I would like to set up a rule when email arrives. I have several email rules. How can I set up a custom rule where if the incoming mail does not fit the criteria of all my other rules, it will be sent automatically to a folder i specify, like the deleted items folder?
