Default Question on Stationary coming from Lotus Notes to Outlook 2013

My company recently shifted from Lotus Notes to Outlook 2013 as our email client.

In Lotus Notes, I had several stationary setup so that I could easily click on it and have the email ready to go. This would include having the recipient and subject already entered as having my signature removed (required for a specific set of emails to one location).

I tried following the steps on the Microsoft Help page to setup stationary in outlook 2013, but after trying to apply it, its not really the same. The recipient and subject are now moved down to the body, with the actual fields at the top of the email empty, and it adds my signature back into the email even though I removed it from the message before saving to the stationary folder.

Is there anything in outlook 2013 that I can use to get close to what I had before with Lotus Notes ?
