How can I easily preceded the title of a saved Outlook Message with the date and number
Hi all,
I have been wracking my brain trying to come up with an easy way of dating and numbering of Outlook messages saved on a server. I currently use Office 2010 and my colleagues do have a habit of saving their Outlook messages and the dragging them all into a directory\sub directory on the server. This is ok but a devil to find anything as all the messages copied will have the same date etc. Is there an easy way to insert the date in the following format YYMMDD - Number (signifies the sequence of emails received on any particular day? I keep trying to get on top of this, but each day there are more and more emails and I am starting to loose the will to live. TIA |
