attachments get lost during mailings
When I combine a word mailing letter with an attachment, it will get lost throughout the mailing with outlook 2003. Would be grateful for your insights. Werner |

more details
I create a word document for a mass email mailing and attach a pdf-file. then I combine this document with the data from Access und put the result into Outlook for sending out. Then I see in Outlook, that the attachment has gone.
Any idea? Thanks, Werner |

Word mail merge does not support attachments. You could use http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm in one to one mode which will emulate a merge to e-mail and will allow attachments, but it is not mail merge and requires that the data source is an Excel worksheet, so you would have to export your Access data to Excel to use it.
