Default edit attachment(=template)

Hello everyone, a Outlook 2007 question

How can you insert an attachment (a template ) in a new message , edit the said template (not the make up but the content) and save in such a way that it is put back in the attachment section. The original (template) is now the edited one. What doesn’t work for me is the automatic save, in the same place, portion of the story.

With the previous(old) laptop = win7 and msoffice 2010 it did just that. After editing, you close the template and by simply clicking ‘yes’ to the question ‘save’ the trick was done. You had a perfectly edited template in your attacment.
With the new laptop = win 10 and msoffice 2007 it doesn’t because it asks me every time, where to save it, under what name (and with what extension) after which i had to insert the newly edited file as attachment (= double work)
regards, eddyv
