Default Message waiting to be sent

I have a new install of Microsoft Office 2016 and Outlook has been working perfectly. I have many pop3 email accounts set up. Not all are able to send from my present location as they are connected to a different ISP therefore cannot send, but I am able to receive all emails from all accounts. The other day I inadvertently sent an email with one of the accounts that cannot send from my present location. The email disappeared from the outbox but is apparently still stuck as it continues to try to send that email but cannot. How can I clear a stuck email that I cannot see? I have used every version of MS Outlook as far back as I can remember and when this happens, the email normally stays in the Outbox and I can simply delete it - but with this version of Outlook - the email has disappeared but is still trying to send. Can someone please help?

I have tried changing the name of the .srs file and that just made Outlook inoperable.
